Pretty neat, was that Great Danes they were using? Some of them ol hogs went over 300 lbs but the dogs did a great job.

Great show. I've seen it a couple of times so I'm wondering if there are different episodes. That big ole spotted Great Dane was sucking wind on that big HOG. I'd skin every one of them he run to me, pilgrim!

Hand Beagler, the show is on Discovery.
It was a really good show. I understand why they use the dogs in the populated areas in Florida, but why don't they just use a rifle on the hogs on the ranch in Texas? They portray it like they have been hired to eradicate the animals, but don't explain that they are using the dogs for the sport of it. It is really neat watching the Great Danes work though.

Love that show also, I'd probably own hog dogs if I was living in the southern states.
Yeah they do make it sound as if they hired them to remove/kill the hogs. I'm sure I could round up a bunch of guys that would love to help with the hog population on a few of those rances. Love to do it once, dogs/ no dogs.
Everyone likes dead pig
