Took a couple of my dogs and Went out to a spot not far from where I live.Nothin but fence rows,grown up hayfields and cut beans on the sides not a bad day,jumped 3 and killed 3 had to cut hunt short but still good day while we were out.Havin a good year so far!

thanks guys.its been pretty good this year,better than last year for sure.We've killed about 20 this year had some misses and let a lot live to run another day so I aint complainin!I havent been to any WMA's since deer season opened so cant really say about them. I live close to Maple Springs it usually has a lot of rabbits--even though they wont cut a man slack and give some paths to shoot,plus they keep the gate locked so you have to park right beside the road,maybe Im paranoid but i don't like leavin my vehicle right there while I'm off somewhere in the distance.
