My truck says 15 but the windchill is 7And it's 1030 pm....but the dogs r pounding.....workin 12 hour days...,should be home asleep but I've got the fever....it doesn't get much better than this....u northern boys with the snow can have it hahahahaha.....they sure r running good tho.... Anybody else braving the elements in KY....don't know if I'm a fool or just a pure bred redneck!!!!! Btw my gf says the lader haha

Matt I went out tonight for hour and decieded I would rather be at home cause with the wind it felt like 5 deg they was doing good for the snow being crusted and this being only the 3rd time these pups ever been on snow but I sure would like it gone!!

As I sit here at 7am and drink my second cup of coffee the outside temp is -2 and luckly no wind. There is a fresh foot of powdery white crap on the ground and I am on vacation this week and hunting every day. It's a whole new game out there. The long hard pounding runs are over for now and everything is like it's in slo-mo, the dog can still circle em but it takes time. We need a big blow for a couple days to crust this stuff over and settle it a little. The man on the radio just said it's up to zero so I better get out there. Have a great day all....

Says we gonna warm up into the 30's Sat, then, back down to 0 Sunday& Monday nights...Brrrr
That 35mph wind gonna get awful nippy...
Time to board the hounds in the barn and pile the covers on the bed, my old furnace won't keep up when the wind whistles a tune in that key of degree.
I'm gonna have to give my wife her Christmas present early as we gonna need more wood for the old timer and she can't hardly push that wheelbarrow up the hill anymore, so Saturday, she gonna have a brand spank'n new tire and wheel on that wheelbarrow, and i know come March, she gonna want a new coat of paint put on it for her birthday.
But, I just love spoil'n that woman...
Ya'll stay warm, but don't get lazy and founder them bedbugs...

Will be hunting around 3:00pm today if I get around to it, its about 10 degrees here.

Dang cold here in northwestern North Carolina too. 5 degrees at night, got to about 12 yesterday with about 10 inches of snow. Supposed to warm a little over the next couple of days but then even colder Monday through Wednesday of next week so they say. Seems the older i get the more I hate this stuff...and I'm only 30! Anyway, stay warm everybody. Global warming my @#$!

its a chilly 20degrees in Missouri. And this weekend we're in for a snow storm. I had a hunt planned on private land that i think is going to get cancelled on me. Rain turning into snow = icy conditions Not sure if I want to be out driving in that. After the snowy mess we're in for Deep freeze temps.

Rabbits will be in the hole hiding. Or just plain disappear. So yeah I'm not to happy about this weather.
