or click reply. then look below the text box where it says options or Upload attachment. Click the upload attachment tab. then click browse find you picture you are trying to upload select it then hit submit. if your picture file is to big it will not attach. you'll have to go thru photobucket and it will resize it for you. then copy paste the IMG code in the text box and hit submit. piece of cake
