S.C. Starting Pen

Does anyone in central S.C. have a good starting pen? I live in Leesville S.C. Thank you for any info.

Heard of one off of 301 in orangeburg, Do not know who owns it or what ever. I always start mine in the wild. It would be nice to have a place for a couple of tune ups before the season rolls around. If you find it let me know.
