Best Mouth??

I thought I would start a thread on here that might be interesting. I am sure most of us love a hound with a good mouth. What hounds can you remember past or present that had/have exceptional mouths? Please tell us what kind of mouth it was. YOU MUST HAVE SEEN THESE HOUNDS FOR YOURSELF. Please no, I heard from so and so...

Here are a list of hounds that I have seen first hand with exceptional mouths:

Branko's Sky High-- Short bawl
Maravic's Mr. Stub's Timberjack-- One of the best I heard. Bawl
Eric Riddle's Jackhammer dog-- Big mouth, sounds a lot like Timberjack. Bawl
Permar's Drummer Boy--- Short bawl.
Schag's Blue Bandit -- Big Bawl out of check, big chop driving.
Luke the Drifter-- Big Bawl.
O's Blue Buddy-- Big Chop most of the time.

I will probably think of others, but those are off the top of my head.

The craziest mouth I've ever heard on a beagle was Pine Mtn Blue Bawls. It was a squall/scream bawl that was always heard over everything he was run with. There was no doubt were he was.
Cinnamon Run Chrome has a very unusal mouth, hard to describe, but it's heard over most hounds.
Just a few off the top of my head.

The best mouth I have ever heard is from a dog that most of you probably never heard of , Canterbury's Sonic Boom. This dog has a squall ball that is unbelievable. Best I ever heard hands down. He has just recently started to get some pups out and people are seeing it in them too. I would also like to add that Boom is a top notch rabbit hound.

We have two grade hounds here now that have the two most powerful mouths I have heard. My male, Rocco, sounds like a lion roaring and his brother, Manny, has a tenor bawl that is exceptionally loud. I compare all mouth to them and that just ain't fair. They sound like 90 pound hounds running a rabbit. There daddy was loud, but not like them. I had a male back about 15 years ago that had a big loud booming deep chop and he was a blast to listen to as well. Coming from being an old coonhunter in the hills of WV we have had some hounds with big time mouths and that is the icing on the cake!

Can I toot my own horn and say my dog?? I really like Moe's mouth, when he's hammering on a rabbit, it sends chills down my back.

I also will say FC Branko's Red Runner and his son RJ, Runner Jr. Here's a video of Moe running a rabbit and then the second link is Runner.

These dogs may not have the biggest mouths, but they sure do get me pretty excited. Watch the first minute or so of the link below. These are littermates. The male (red dog) is Choco and the female (black & tan) is Flo. They are grand pups of Old Blue Bawls.

Reddog1 on this site has a big Patch male that has a mouth louder than most coon dogs. Come to think about it if you took the sadle off him he might look like a coon dog.

There are several Bramlett breed hounds with loud fast chops that are a joy to listen too. With that being said Buckeye Run Stub and then one of my own Deerwalk Roxanne. They can both talk to a rabbit and sound good doing it.

Beaglerun and Hounddog those Trex mouths sure will get you excited. I have some here that are pretty wild also. We used to have Blue Bawls, Gracie, Blizzard, and Junie all around here and if you had them together someone one swear you were killing dogs. They would make the hair stand up on the back of your neck.

Chimney Rocks Bad Moon Rising sounds like a grizzly bear running a rabbit.

I just couldn't help but add my two-cents to this thread  My beagle (9 mths now) also sounds like he's being killed  Since I'm not able to run him consistantly, I've had to take him to a dog park that we have near us. As soon as the gate's opened, he opens up creating quite a stir among anyone who happens to have their dogs there  Believe me, as he heads for a corner of the park where there are trees, everyone comments about him  I love it  I'm going to be running him with someone (hopfully) tomorrow. (he's only run a few times with my son's dog. l should be able to get an opinion on how his mouth is compared to the hounds he'll be running with ;)
