it was horrible running but at least i wasnt in the house

I took 2 dogs and went with a couple of guys for the day yesterday. FINALLY had a couple of rabbits that were willing to stay up and run so we had a few decent races. We managed just 2 rabbits but that only makes 5 that I've shot all season. Some of my spots have really gone to crap because of the yotes so I gotta find some new hunting spots.

The good news is my 7 month old Cash pup stuck right in there, picked up a few checks on the older dogs, led the race a few times and both rabbits were shot in front of her which was awesome!!! Up until now the rabbits have been sitting so tight it was hard to find her a track to run so yesterday was really good for her. And the pack wasn't too hard hitting so it wasn't a ton of pressure either. I think I'm gonna give her some solo time tonight for a while.

we ran a little bit on sunday. it was ok. not the best. seemed to be real dry out. we did fine a matching set of deer sheds. suppose to rain here in the next couple days so things should pick up.

i took him for the first time yesterday,stayed with the dogs all day super impressed

also the dgs caught a rabbit and he was goin nuts!!!!!
