I don t know for sure but on hunting board they said in NC it is unlawful to hunt with one.I did ask CC on wed hunt were was his.He said they were right.Cannot hunt with one in NC.But anyway Lee.Yall looking good.

Rabbitearl as long as it is over 6 inches you can hunt with a pistol. Check your laws!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Per Wayne Ellington it is legal local Wildlife Officer.

I don t know lee thats what somebody eles said, then they said something like it can t be over or bigger than a 22.I believe CC call up at the head place,and they told him a new law came in after 9 11 I don t know.I was thinking about getting one but.Anyway I will get CC to explain.

I have to pull permits for all my field trials. Mr Ellington is our local Wildlife Officer. It is legal as long as length is correct. CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Lee I did call ncwrc and it is illegal in the state of NC to hunt with the 410 pistol I talked to the commander there and he said there is a petition out to try and legalize it but as of now it is illegal because of the barrel length it is considered a weapon of mass destruction (sawed off shotgun under 181/4in barrell length and if you have a bullit in it it is over 22 cal and you can not hunt small game in NC with it )we have been going around in circles with this law because they are selling it in NC gun shops we even tried the deal saying it had a grooved barrel but they came back with so does a 20 and 12 gauge slug barrel but it is illegal in the state to use this gun and I want to get mine back out but until NC legislation changes the law we are stuck with not being legal and they will write you a ticket for it if the wildlife officer knows his laws.if Banhouser checks you he will give you a ticket

I am glad we used a bean shooter to kill them then! I just use the most important thing a GOOD DOG!

Man They have some kind of rules.It would be hard for the gamewarden to wright me one when another one says its ok to have one.Sounds like farming.I tell yall,Theres just to many rules.

Hey lee I talk to a gamewarden about trial Question that was brought to me.Does everbody have to were a orange hat.He said yes.OK does everybody has to have linc,He said yes everybody even if they are there to just look.Then again it all depends on the gamewarden.I recken if one want to be a tail hole he can find something wrong.I will try to make it to your trial.Have to find something to run in it.
