Guys its 1:50 in the morning and I can't sleep I'm nervous and scared for my little boy he is having surgery this morning for his ears they have to put tubes in each ear and big daddy here aint feeling so big right now I am very scared for him he is 15 months old and they have to put him down for it and I don't like the idea of my little boy having to go through this I know this is minor compared to some of the things some of you have gone through with children or family members but this is the first big thing for me being a father and parent!!! Thanks for letting me vent and put some of my worries out please keep my son in your prayers tomorrow morning and to give the doctors precision hands and work!!!! Thanks again guys!!!

Hang in there John, I know its tough but talk it over with your wife and son and if you believe spend some time in prayer.
I will pray for you guys right now!

i have had to go through 2 open heart surgeries with my little boy befor he was one
will say i was scared to death
the hardest part was letting the Dr. take him back to surgery

My brothers boy had it done when he was 2 and every thing went well know 20 years later he has his own little 6month old boy he will be fine just say a prayer

I know what you are going through. My daughter had open heart surgery when she was 5 years old and she is 16 now and doing good. I know it is hard letting them go to surgery but with a good doctor he will be fine.

I will say a prayer for your little guy. My little man had tonsils and adenoids out at 3 and it was very nerve racking as well. He will be fine and much healthier
very soon because of it!

Don't worry John its a breeze. My boy had it done @ about the same age as yours. We left the room and I wasn't in the waiting room for 2 mins and they came out and said they were done. I was amazed they did it so fast. It was the best thing for him hasn't had an infection since.

Hope all goes well,nothing so scary or stressfull than something being wrong with your kids take afew minutes and pray and all should turn out well keep us posted and best of luck Donald

Gos said he wouldn't put anything on us we cannot bear.I had that helpless feeling when my boy was three under the knife but God was true to his words as always,he gave him back to me that day and I don't have the words to say how thankful I am to him.

Guys we just got back home and he did great the doctor said he acted like a big boy and did just fine!! Everything went good and the doctor said he will be fine!!! Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers I know God was listening!!!! Thanks again!!!!

when my little girl was 1 she swallowed a penny we didnt not know it for almost a week the only thing saved her was the penny got stuck upright instead of laying flat so it wolud let air up both sides but everytime she ate she would get strangled so the doctors finaly found it i was at work and i dont remember driving to the hospital i was so scared but she 11 now and loves going hunting with me and loves the dogs os we are all so glad your little man is doing wonderful and god does take care of his little miracles
