We had a hella of a hunt Monday 11-23 , Cuz , Billy & me , 7 1/2 hrs of soild run'n in the ruff,ruff stuff. The hounds did a great job !we each took 3 & man did they do a wonderful job , we all were proud as punch of our Patch hounds. Cuz ( plowboy ) got his limit , I got 1 ( we had to wipe the milk from it's mouth ) and ole Billy-Boy missed 1. And of coarse the camera battery was dead lol , but maybe Cuz took some pix when he got home and will post them.
I went again today and had great run'n , jumped 9 and got 2 , thats all I wanted to shoot . Ran for 5 hrs and the hounds looked good.
Here's a picture of todays run , the other bunny isn't pictured as I tried the new cleaning method & too say the least I need more practice !!!!

I just love those blocky headed Patch hounds . Nice hunt !!!

Here is a picture I took when I got home & replaced the battery, the rest of the rabbits & a young male of mine Plowboys Pache My Name is Earl. The running was outstanding for sure & the eating will be just as good !

Jason , amanda&rusty ,rabbithunter5890 Thanks for the comments on our hounds . Buddy thanks , I really prfere a square headed hound myself and try to breed for that somewhat , they can be too blockheaded for me also , as long as the snout is proportional to the head I'm good , don't like a short snout.

She's a real gyp , hunts like a bird-dog always on the run , may be the best dog I have or very close. She will be 4 yrs old this coming yr and hope to breed her to my Dobie male ( Bossmans full brother ) & she's out of Bossman.
