Yes you will have to send $20. One of my buddies turned in some papers that said $10 and after about four weeks of not getting them he called AKC and they said they couldn't process them until they got the rest of the money but they didn't contact him to tell him he needed to send in rest of the money so he doesn't know what would have happened if he hadn't called them to ask them or how long it would have taken.
