what is the best wormer for tapeworms

Depends on the type of tapeworm,common tapes or dog tapes.
Praziquantel usually takes care of most tape worms.

I agree with above. If you are having tape worm troubles remember that tapes the biggest vector of tape worms is fleas. Treat the fleas and this helps prevent the tape worms.
