It has quite of bit of ridiculous humor through their claims, and will down right tick you off after spending the time to entirely reading up on their comparisons of a "Indoor bred beagle vs A beagle bred for hunting and kept outdoors". I got so ticked I spent the time in emailing them, oh by the way which is not found until the last third page. Hope you get the same urge as I did and spend the time to write these people, hopefully if they hear from enough of the breeders that might form another opinion. Here is the site. Please check it out, you will be amazed. Oh by the way... the breed for all diferent colors. Not the typical, lol..

I'm POed! They have no idea what us hunters do with our hounds. Those are the kind of people that are destroying the breed as they are breeding for color and not ability. As far as I'm concerned, they are in the same class as Paris Hilton.

I totally agree with you all. I guess yuppy city folks believe everything they read if they buy into this. Other thing if those beagles come from Bench Show lines most I saw weren't built to standards JMO. I never found where to email the ingnorant people at never found any contact info. I would say probably most aren't registered anyways if you don't get papers for $1000 and never saw anything about the skin problems in the silvers (blue) genetically inferor colord beagles either. I would say these people are probably Just plain crooks out to make a buck.......

i did to i even asked them why they charged 800 bucks for a unregistered dog that was not to standard and would have skin problems they didnt reply yet though

These people are idiots

I was in total shock when I read their web site. These people are either totally ignorant or complete scam artist! You talk about full of . Don't forget to email them and give them your opinion of their "Superior breeding program"!! I would love to take a web site along side of theirs and tell people to beware of this bs. Keep the emails pouring into them, maybe they will get a clue, I doubt it. It is one thing to downright con people, it is totally another to trash the standards and purpose of the beagle breed, let alone destroy it!! Hammer them with your emails!

Ok. Many of my pups go to pet homes and we breed/socialize to keep in a good temperament because even many of the plain ol rabbit dogs or dual purpose pups we sell are the family pet at the end of the day.

That being said. I got less than half way down the first page and felt an overwhelming desire to VOMIT ... Yuppie Puppies??? I tell you what bothers me more than anything about a breeder is when they breed FOR and sell pups as pets only but not only that they get all anal about their pups going to other breeders. I have to wonder if it's because they breed such genetic junk they know anyone who tried to breed their dogs would be ganging up @ their kennels with the pitchforks. Either that or they are so ridiculous they actually believe they're going to corner the market on their "rare colors".

I don't care how many pups a breeder sells that goes for pets but I can't stand it when someone breeds dogs just to breed them for the pet market. Their dogs do nothing for the breed AND to add insult to injury they are flat out insulting any one of us who hunt our hounds and actually prove they are not culls but worthy of breeding.

OH WAIT. What REALLY burns me up is their claim that they spent 18 years breeding to get in a "luxurious coat" (which would make them useless as a rabbit dog so thats probably why they know their cull dogs can't hunt) They have no health screenings, no proving their dogs are breed worthy, BUT wait! Their dogs are AKC registered out of DNA sires AND they're all purebred! WOOOOW!!!

Look like I said, if you want to breed for healthy pets go right ahead. We don't have to buy your crappy stock. But these people sink to a whole new level of low when they bash hunting but then are using pics of well bred hunting and show dogs whose breeders actually put in the WORK, using these pics to tout their own bloodlines. It's really just a whole new level of crap breeder. If I keep on looking @ that website I'm gonna blow a gasket
