LUMBERJACK X ALI BABA CROSS?

Hey guys..I am thinking about breeding a Ali Baba female to my Lumberjack male. I am just wondering what your thoughts would be on this cross. I think it will be some of the oldest Branko blood that could be crossed today...I will probaly keep a couple pups but may sell any more that are left....Has anyone seen any of the dogs in this pedigree run? How did they perform?

I have not had the female out yet to be honest...I just bought her.....Digger is an outstanding dog...He runs a tight line and is a strong 8 in speed and will dig in the bushes all day...

how does he act around other people,most ive seen out of lumberjack are rabbit dogs,but one man dogs

I have handled digger in ukc hunts when Senaca Graham owned him.Handled great for me and he runs real well.Should be good cross depending on the female.Digger will do his part.May be interested in a male when you make the cross.My nephew has a female out of him and shes a pretty good dog.Hunt,speed,nose and loud squal mouth you can hear for miles.Hows the female run,lemme know so I can further think about gettin one.

I have not run her any. I just purchased her this week. I bought her just for a brood bitch. I know a lot of people really like the Ali Baba blood, and its hard to find any dogs directly out of him.
I really appreciate your comment on Digger, I have only had him in a couple trials. I really should trial him this year to make him a FC. I believe he can accomplish it fairly easy. I plan to keep maybe one or two pups and sell the others. I have invested a LOT of money to make this cross. Let me know if your interested in a pup.

Besides being a little hard headed, Digger was a nice dog, one I should have bought and let him get away.

Digger is a nice dog.I wish I knew he was for sale and I may have got him myself,but I may just take one of these pups out of him and the Ali-Baba female.How did the person you bought the female from describe her runnin style when you bought her?How much the pups gonna be?May take a male.Try UKC hunting beagle format or ARHA lp.He does well in both formats.

Interesting cross... seeing how both are males and at least one if not both are deceased.

I have decided to let the pups go for $400 each. Guys, I have invested a LOT on money into this cross. I especially have a lot of money Digger. After seeing him run, I knew he was worth it. Let me know if anyone is interested.
***I will also have a litter of Branko's Kasey X IFC Warlock grandpups due in the middle of May if anyone is interested. I bought the sire & dame direct from Branko's kennel. I expect these to be real nice pups as well. ..I am going to sell them for $300. I will post pedigree & pics a little later....
