I had forgotten how big Casey is. Did you ever measure how tall he is?

I guess him to be around 16" When Casey was about 7 months old
I was over to a freinds house and he measured him @ 15.5
I went to a field trial 1 time with some friends this was just a fun hunt
nothing @ stake but a little cash and a Diff. guy measured him @ 14 7/8
but this is a long story so I will leave it @ that

I have seen Casey in person and I can guarantEE that he is not 14/78. I would actually put him over 16, Sage is 16 and I think Casey is bigger then that. I know I only have 2 in my rag tag lot that wouldn't be tossed out of a trial or show for size. But I know hunt and heart are bigger then their size. :D

Nice pics Mike. Lilly's pups are getting BIG all are still doing well. Thinking about keeping a male to replace Jasper. My Mocha bitch had her pups on the 16th they are doing well also.

Hey Mike. Thanks for the nice words about Hammer. He is still my pride and joy. I can bet that your Gunner is doing a fine job now also. He looked good for his young age at Drummond. I bet he is hard for a dog to handle now. At ten months of age he was pushing some fine older dogs. I would love to see him run again. I have a new one that I would like you guys to see that I call Buckshot. Nice big lemon and white male. I don't know if he has the heart of old Hammer to run for a week solid at a time but he is nice.
The young dogs that Dave Cunningham has are out of Briary Creek Pache Hammer x Dark Swamp Patch Lt Mabell. Hammer came from Plowboy's Cals Apache x Plowboys Pache Polka Dot. Mabell is out of Big Oaks Diamond Magnum x Big Oaks Tale Wind Tilley. Both of these hounds were owned by Dave Cluckey. Cals Apache was a grandson of Emmy Lou Patch. Mabell has alot of Emmy Lou Patch in here pedigree on her top and bottom. I am fortunate enough to have a couple of females out of Hammer and Mabell. One of the females is a lemon. Dave can tell you about his pups and you know there breeding. Dave once owned patch dogs that he got from Oscar Anderson. There sire was a dog named Anderson's Patch. LOL When he came to me I told him that he had what I am looking for. LOL His pups out of Hammer and Mabell are as close as I could breed to get as many crosses of old Anderson's Patch as I could find. A lot of the old Bunny Run patch and several crosses of My Hammer Patch x Emmy Lou Patch.
Do you still have old Casey? He must be around 14 years old now. I know you like him. Lets run together soon.

Dave
