Puppy trainer
Just curious as I'm a new beagler. When is best time to buy a puppy trainer? I'm just getting started and have only one pup, just want to know what age I should be waiting till he is approaching before buying a puppy trainer to run with?

You don't need a puppy trainer, you are the puppy trainer 
Just take your puppy out where the rabbits are and kick brushpiles to jump a few for him, he'll get the idea. After you kick out a few make the puppy go in the brush to get them , the worst thing you can do is keep starting rabbit after rabbit for him, he'll be happy with the arrangement but it doesn't work out real well when they are 4 yrs old and still want you to kick them a bunny 
Make sure you dog handles well before you take him to the field for rabbits, you want him to come when called, it is the most important requirement you don't want a puppy to run off and not come back when called.
