WAS RUNNIN DOGS WITH TOM FLOYD THE OTHER NIGHT,HE TOLD ME THAT LEVI HAD PASSED A FEW DAYS EARLIER,HECK OF A HOUND,SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS GUYS......

Sorry to hear bout Levi. How old was he? Wags, was he the dog that got hung in the fence at NCOBC?

I had the priviledge of running Levi for about 6 months about a year and a half ago. What a great dog to have in the pack and in the kennel. I was going to breed him to a female with somewhat close linage to Levi.
I would have loved to watch him run in his prime. I did handle him at the World and Little World when he placed 5th both times.
In the first round at the world he was down a check with 5-6 minutes left. It didn't look like any other scoring opportunities would be had. Levi jump/struck a rabbit and the pack ran without a breakdown until it was over.
Ron, I am sorry to hear about Levi.

Ron,
Sorry to hear about Levi. Ole Pride is still kicking, she has to be 12 or 13 now, maybe 14. I haven't looked at her papers in years. Thought this winter as cold as it was and as long as it stayed around might have been the end for her but she has pulled through another one, she is looking old though. Parents aren't suppose to out live their children. She was a good one in her day too. RIP Levi!!!!

Levi was a nice hound! He won South Ky. two years in a row. Sorry to hear that he died.
