Hi everybody! My name is Brandon. I love the site! I've been a member on the other rabbit hunting site for about a year now. I see some familiar faces on here as well as a lot of new ones to me :D

I live in northwest Wisconsin. Snowshoes are my favorite to run with my 2 beagles, Gunner and Maggie. I also love bowhunting and icefishing

I look forward to learning from all of you guys!

Heres a pic of my hounds and myself so you can put a face on the name.

We don't have any snowshoes around my home, but in the next counties north you can find them. Where I hunt I'd say the population has been pretty steady for the last three years (which is how long I've hunted them).

Have you been out much? Hows the snow where you're at?

I'm gonna sneak up to the cabin Wednesday and hunt till Friday. It's already been almost 2 weeks since the dogs have been out

I'm from Hartford, I have a cabin near Pembine which is about 25 miles south of Iron Mountain, MI. I'm planning on going up this weekend to either my cabin or my friends, which is just west of Tomahawk.

Jim,
You are pretty close to my snowshoe running grounds, how much snow is there in the big timber?

Bring 'em up :D !! I have the best job in the world (laid off most of the winter every year :D ) So you could say I have some spare time to run the dogs and catch some fish. You are more than welcome to come hunt with me. If you are ever interested let me know the next time you are seeing your folks and maybe we could run some snowshoes :D

I'm always up for running on some snowshoes. I'll make sure to get a hold of you when I'm in town.
