Yeah Emery - no snow in middle TN. Hope we have some before the season's out. But 1 - 2 good snows a year is about all we can hope for....last few years we haven't gotten that.
I think every rabbit hunter ought to spend a couple days a year coyote hunting. The coyotes are here to stay and we can't get rid of them, but taking several a year out of our favorite rabbit hunting places will definately help.

Way to go Pete. We had one to run out on us last Saturday while hunting. I have not seen many, but I have heard them occasionally. Some of the local trappers are catching a few. I can't believe the numbers of foxes these guys are catching. One of my buddies had his farm trapped last year and this year. The trapper has caught over 40 foxes on a small block of land. One trap ended up catching 10 or more foxes last year. With the weather drying out this week he will probably catch 10 more before the season is out. It is a wonder we jump rabbits there, but they manage to keep coming back every year.

Nice goin'! If you need or want any help with them yotes holler at me and I will be glad to help you with them. I have been wanting to start yote hunting for awhile now just don't know where to start.
