OK guys, I know you guys like fast dogs. What bloodline consistently produces the speed? Here in Washington, it's hard to find dogs, so we're looking to bringing some in at some point and I'd like to make a half way decent guess on what to bring in.

I personally prefer Patch. They are fast, tough, have plenty of endurance. If you have a lot of snow out there I would suggest the bigger dogs,16-17 in. I`m big dog crazy any how.If you are intrested, I can give you names of Breeders I personally have ran with, includeing my own. I have gone out of state and have not been shamed by my hounds. TOOT< TOOT   Just an ol mans opinion.

Jack, I live over on the west side in Graham. I'd love to come over there and run, it sounds like a blast. Thanks for the invite. I was over that way last year and hunted with a couple of guys, but was really disappointed. They happened to pepper my up and coming pup for some rabbits that weren't even getting dogged. Anyways, I'll look you up after the Christmas season and come over.

 P.T.=E.M.

I'd say Branko blood throws a lot of foot. I've not seen a lot of Northway dogs throw consistent fast speed. Some are on average faster than others, but the most foot I've seen came from Northway bred dogs like Driver and Ninja. JMHO

Mouth comes from a line of dogs I know... the stud's name is hatfield

Na for real like I said there is alot of "name brands" out there that throw speed.

I just love me some northway when it is outcrossed right

NWH, I can show you lots of Rabbits and not one Deer, maybe a Coyote but odds are against. We never carry a gun where we run on Sat. If you bring a friend you can stay with me. My woman is a fairly good cook and she washes a hands once in awhile, but she will not feed your dogs. I know when you were here last year and know who you hunted with.We are houndsmen not shooters. Best place I've been to train pups, better than a pen.
