I had heard that the customer service at Sport Dog was good, but I had no idea how good. I called today to find out how long (+/-) it would take for them to check out the two units that I have. The young man took my information, asked what problems I was having, and then told me that two new units will be sent out today. All I have to do is pack the old ones in the box with the prepaid return label, and return them.

I couldn't believe it! I was prepared to not be able to run for a couple of weeks. I was just wanting them to be fixed prior to Thanksgiving Day! I was seriously thinking about getting the Tri Tronics (and I still may), but Sport Dog almost has me sold on their customer service and warranty alone.

SportDog customer service rocks. Everytime I have contacted them, they were fast and friendly.

I contacted them about 2 weeks ago by email on how to order a spare part and they emailed me back and asked for my shipping address so they could send me one at no charge.

I have to agree. they have the best customer service I have ever dealt with, with any product.

I have to agree they are on top of thing at Sportdog I had a collar want charger when I bought it and they sent a new one out with a shipping label for me to mail the other back to them way to go sportdag

i had a lot of trouble with my 1st unit & they bent over backwords to get it fixed & they did. since then i never use my tritronics anymore. i`ll always buy the Sportdog. never have i seen customer service so good.

I had trouble with a reciever and they sent a new one and told me to box the old one and send it back prepaid also. They also told me to strip it of usable parts such as prongs, battery, collar and waterproof charge cover!! They are the best,as far as customer service is concerned, period!!!
