Barking in the kennel

What are some of the things that everybody else does. Neighbors can be a big problem & can cause a lot of anguish.
Well, I,ll tell ya, lol,I've tryed shocking collars, with some effect. I've tryed no bark collars with some effect, I've even gone out to their kennels at 3:00 in the morning in my underwear,LOL, & used a water hose on them with good response, but the best thing I have done so far is that I have taken 4way garden hose connectors & attached yard sprinkler heads to them & attached them to each kennel. I then made up a cellunoid with attached valve ,attached it to my water spicett, pluged it in to110 & hooked it to my light switch. Works real well. Here is a sight that you can go to & get one that is bark activated, they sell them new & refurbished kennel silensers. http://www.mitsi.com/Products/Texmark/Waterjet.htm
If you are having problems like I have had in the past & your at wits end ,I hope this helps.
