what is ur best cross you have made at ur kennel not an outside breeding ...when could u tell it was gonna be special.? i made a cross last yr very tight line breeding unfortunalely i just had 1 pup to live but if she was worst of litter i gotta do it a bunch more ,, if she was average i gotta do it more ,,, if best of the litter i still need tro try ity again to get another like her , at 11 months old now she gives the other dogs fits starting races ,checks ,, so far hasnt trashed after a tritroncs lessson handles real well lol. i bred preachers biblepatch cheif to ricks running spirit both full patch and i love this pup so far she is still young and could go crazy i guess but the potential to be best i got is there.

The male was Gay Baker and the female was Ranger Dan/ Mt. State Rowdy. Only kept one and it was like you said a very impressive pup. I have tracked down the other 2 and traded some experienced hounds in December 07 to get 2 ten month old pups back. The people thought I was crazy but right know I am smiling. I made the cross again and the pups are due at the end of the month. I don't care if the female has 10 none are for sell or trade until I get them running well and watch them very closely
