Disqualification
Any hound measuring more than 15 inches shall be disqualified.

Why do people feel the need to break the rules. If the speed limit is 55mph and you go 56mph that is speeding any way you put it. If you take your truck tot get it fixed and you were told it would be $500 to fix it and you go to pick it up and it cost $550 you would be mad. Tell the game warden you saw more deer this year that you saw twenty years ago that is why you killed one more than your limit, I bet you will still get a fine. People there are rules in life either you obey them or you don't and if you get caught breaking the rules live with the consequences. A beagle is supposed to be less 15in tall if you want 15in plus beagles start a new breed called a giant beagle.

Bunnybuster12 is so right, the first thing one wants to do is change the rules. play by the rules or start your own game. :moon:
