Extreme hunt, listens great in the field, and a hound that is rabbit wise....

brains, If it is smart enough it will know to be quiet in the kennel to look in the thick stuff to find a rabbit to only bark on a jumped rabbit to come when its called to not pee in its own bowl and not to eat its own crap

i like a dog with a big nose,fast speed,good line control,alot of hunt if you have dog llike this you can succeed in any format

Hunt ,handle, good nose, brains, do the same job day after day and knows how to find and jump a rabbit as well as run it.

Now that being said.. A dog that has endless hunt and isn't afraid of the brush... A dog with HEART... A dog that runs the rabbit not the track<<<<important to me. A dog with brains...If you have that you can handle the rest..
