A general forum for the discussion of hunting with beagles, guns, clothing and other equipment and just talking dawgs! (Tall tales on hunting allowed, but remember, first liar doesn't stand a chance)
Sat. we hunted a 270 acre farm in the a.m. then broke for an hr. lunch then hunted a 3,000 acre piece of private property and had a great day! Look at the smile on my sons face & the size of the cottontail he's holding Couldn't have made me prouder, he shot 2 of the 4 bunnies and the days hunt was all he could talk about on the ride home.

Good let me know when you're coming home. I've picked up A LOT of new farmland to hunt since last season. Most every day we're out rabbit hunting now! I started guiding for a couple different preserves and hunt clubs in Central VA. I don't gun but get paid pretty well to run my dogs for their clients and it has been a great opportunity to meet a lot of new hunters and get access to new places to run. I'm doing this a couple days/week, hunting w/ my friends a few days, and still managing to run my own company but it's a lot...

You are getting paid to run your dogs now? Wow, I really need a new job.
