Had a male directly from Branko out of Magnum Force that was a good hound, he had great foot and was steady on the line, done a good job in the check area, but would pop off some. The one fault was he was mouthy on a frosty morning, but he had a great nose.He had better than average hunt. I sold him to a gun hunter and he still has him and loves him.

Have 2 bitches from Branko and they both turned out just fine. They can go all day on Hare and do the same the next and the next. They have there own personality's. One is a better jump dog the other better at checks and so forth, but together they compliment each other. Alone on cottontail they can run great. I wouldn't trade them for anything. They have wonderful dispositions, and a lotta luv. Very well mannered in the kennel also. Good Luck

I have two bitches also, one from Cowboy (Ali-baba) one from Tuffy. I echo what Annie said completley, sound just like my 2, they're kennel manners and their handling ability is awesome and makes working with them a treat. They have lots of foot, but also have gears and the brains to use em right. Both have good hunt, baba bitch being a bit better before the jump. Lots of bottom and built to run all day, not mentioned much but Branko puts out some well/correct built hounds.

Honestly they can't run every day of winter where I'm at, up to -15C they can move the hare, it's not always pretty but they bring them to the gun. Once it hits -20C or more they really have a tough time, but hunt hard regardless. Both are not deer runners, lit em up twice and they both turn down smokin hot deer tracks now, which for me is huge.

Hope this helps?

I have two males and 1 female from Branko's kennel. I am very happy so far. I have one 3 year old directly out of Lumberjack that is a great hound. The other two are young but I have a lot of confidense in them.

Seven years ago a friend of mine got a male pup out of Magnum Force and a female pup out of Baba Cowboy. Both went on to become ARHA Little Pack Rabbit Champions. They have plenty of hunt and drive running about a 7-8 speed. They both appear to have a good nose and to use their mouth right when working scent. They might be considered a bit rough in their checkwork and line control on a cottontail by those that favor a consevative dog but I'd say they run a swamper or hare just about right.

Almost my entire kennel came from Branko, except one Northway female. I am happy with what I've got and would buy from them again if shipping wasn't so expensive now.
