I have a female that is the same way, took her 10 miles yesterday, she puked on they way there, I cleaned out the box with creek water. Ran for a while, loaded her up and brought her back, and when I got home, same mess. It happens everytime I expect her to travel more than 15 minutes. Her father was this way as a pup, he outgrew it to some extent, but he still doesn't enjoy travelling.

You can give them dramamine, up to 50 mg every 8 hours.
I learned the hard way that a female of mine gets box sick. I hauled her to Tenn. to a field trial and she spent more time laying down and eating grass than she did running. Next trip after talking to my vet, I gave her dramamine (non drowsy) she went to Ok. and ran fine. Vet said it wont hurt them at all.

Had a pup here for awhile I started for another guy that would puke everytime you took her for a ride. I could drive 2 miles to some running ground and she would puke that far. Her sister rides ok and doesnt get sick. Some are just like us, cant ride the merry go round cause you will lose your lunch.

Go to your vet and tell him your problem , I ask about dramamine and he said that it would not hurt the dog but it will make them slugish , He gave me something that was for upset stomachs and it worked great. He said that Dramamine worked great for long trips but not if I planned on trialing after I got there..
