I only have three days till i take the big leap i am getting married iam very excited

congrads rabbit runner.

I myself leave the 14th of August and getting married the 18th.

See not having a year around rabbit season makes us do crazy things. lol

Autumn Skye and I are getting hitched on the 16th of Aug in NY. And then on honeymoon we are picking up rabbits and dogs in KY. Congradulations to the both of you and good luck..

Congratulations skirt chaser - I mean rabbit runner. Welcome to the club! Take the advice of one who is still paying for his stubborness. Go ANYWHERE she wants to on the honeymoon! If you don't you will have to go numerous other places to make up for the "missed honeymoon" and you will still not hear the end of it! Also, an older friend (deceased now) told me to never fuss and fight - go out side and walk instead. He told me he beat down a pretty good path the first couple of years - I did too! Again, congratulations and best wishes to both of you!

I just read the other two responses to the original - looks like we have an epidemic - must be something in the water! Honeymoon in KY picking dogs and rabbits? Now that's a honeymoon! My wife would not have had to twist my arm on that one! Congratulations to you all!

Just got married myself last weekend

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been married for 2 yrs and 7 mths and its the best thing Ive ever done.

Most important, make sure she knows you and the hounds are a "package deal" she's getting. I have had to remind my wife that she knew well before, what she was getting and it does save grief on you.
Learn to bend like a willow, because if you don't, she may use it on you.
The "walk away" to the barn, is a good idea. The cool down and thought given to the topic at hand always brings more reason and understanding back to the table, I've found. My wife hates it, but she now understands it's better than saying something you may regret, but also don't forget, making-up is half the fun of being married.
All these years and the honeymoon is still on at our house. Hope you have the same good fortune ...Patch

Congratulations!! Hubby and I are soon to celebrate 13 years...2 things to remember never ever cut each other down in public....if you get mad at each other save it until you are alone....and 2 never go to sleep angry at each other. It has worked for us for 13 years....
