RIP Pine Mt. Chester

RIP PINE MT CHESTER. I was fortunate enough to have watched many a rabbit race and gunhunt with this fine hound. Fortunately there is a pool of his genetics that will live on forever and influence my hounds for as long as i have hounds.
Chester escaped from his kennel last night or earlier today and was killed by some neighbors dogs.

Sorry for your Loss I have lost three good ones in the last two years, one still in her prime.

Chip E he wasnt my hound, he was owned by Bobby and Allen Vest. Feels just the same. Ive lost several good ones in there prime the last few years so all and all it was a blessing to have him around as long as he has been.

What an unfortunate loss.....Sorry Bobby and Alan. I know they gotta be hurtin' over this for sure. Never got to see him run, but he was a heck of a reproducer for sure. Yall need anything holler at me guys.

Sorry to here about your loss allen and bobby and the loss to the beagle commuinty. He will be missed in so many ways but most of all as a friend
to allen. I know what he ment to ya. Chet will be missed.

good lookin dog in the pic never got the chance to watch him run but heard storys heard he was a gooden, sorry for your loss i know how it feels to lose something that means a lot too you, losted one last year

Sorry about your losing this beagle, it always happens to the good ones. You couldnt run over a sorry hound in rush hour traffic even if it was laying in the middle of the road but you let a good one just step in the road and they will get hit every time. Again sorry about your loss, Tom C.

I SURE AM SORRY TO HERE ABOUT CHET. ALTHOUGH I BRED AND RAN, HIM EARLY IN HIS LIFE. I KNOW HE MEAN'T SO MUCH TO ALLEN''''AND BOBBY .HE HAS PRODUCED SOME GOOD HOUND'S. HE WILL BE MISSED...EDD I WOULD THINK HARD ABOUT RUNING SANDMAN MUCH I SURE WOULD HATE TO LOSE HIM NOW MORE THAN EVER ...

Bobby and Allen,very sorry to hear what happened,a great hound will be missed.He has produced some great hounds and lucky for the beagling world his blood will still flow thru them.Thanks for sharing a great reproducer with the rest of us.
