am considering breeding to Ky Reggie..are there any pups by him old enough to be running? if so how are they doing...size, speed, line control,
checking ability...appreciate the feed back on reggie's offspring and their accomplishments...but how do they run?

You need to ask Kevin Monroe. He owns Reggie and can tell you eveything you need to know. I'm sure he has a few pups already running that he has hidden :D

actually i own lnl ol reds littermate brother, jessies blue turbo, ran with rusty and his better half at the wva state, red defeated my buddies dog in the first round, really impressed me cause bucky had his ice dog ready to roll, red and ice dominated that cast and red beat him, then i met up with red in the semis the next day and he beat bandit in probably one of the best ran casts i have seen,of course i tried to buy ol red but they know what they have so i went on the search and accualy rusty hooked me up with the owner of turbo at the little world and i finaly got with jon and his dad and bought my reggie male,he is a clean tri colored dog,14 inches, compact built,he took after his mother on size but luckily he picked up some rabbit smarts from reggie,i really like him,he is what i call a pocket rocket,he has a 1st and a third,so when he finishes that will be two champions out of that cross, thier dam is a blueback female.

Whats the blueback side of him Danny? I want to make several tubo/blueback crosses so i'm interested finding out how far or what generation the dam is. Hopefully you have a pedigree you can add.

I have owned two pups now out of reggie. I sold the first one because she was double turbo, and i wanted a pup that i could breed back to my turbo male (prop x'x blueberry). I just got another pup that is reggie x's Haunted Hill Shaker (from Mike Powers) on the bottom. I hope she turns out because i passed up a double blueback female. The double turbo pup was sight chasing the first time out, and she opened up for the new owners real fast. Everywhere you go guys are always saying reggie is the real deal! So, i had to get my own pup.

Is it Greenwells' Reggie or Kentucky Reggie? Or are we talking two different dogs?

Steve,
As you know I got a littermate to your Reggie Pup. They did come out small, I hope they take a little after their Mother, Ross's Blossum. I got her to breed to my Blueback Male.

The male pup or runt in the litter was as small as a lot of 3 or 4 week old hounds I had seen. Hopefully with good feed they will pick up some size. It is strange as Blossum is a full 15".

i have noticed that reggies pups on the average are right at 14 to 14 1/2 but hevin has a female that is 143/4 but they all seem to have a lot of foot so i dont worry when one is a small 14 cause they suprise you.the good thing is you dont have to worry about getting messured out.i see a lot of dominant 15 in males being studded out and throwing huge dogs,i would rather breed to a dog throwing average size dogs with ability.

I do not worry so much about a hound over 15" as you can run 16' hounds in Big Pack. Never had one go over 15" but Dutch is a full 15" so even if they come out a little small 14" or so breeding to him should add some height.
