If you go to this web-site and do a little research you can find the best food for your budget.

I compared 19 different formulas over the course of a few weeks, went into it open minded and found out what the best food is for the money. I am not loyal to any dog food company, I just wanted the best food.
If you are going to feed black gold use the Blue & Gold bag it ranked the best out of their products. There are better foods out there though.

I have fed many different dog foods over the years. The Black Gold is the best so far. My dogs do best on the black bag, 26/18. They have good coats that shine. I run them at least 3 to 4 times a week. They keep good energy and it seems to be highly digestable. I have fed the blue bag, but it seems to be a little too hot in milder weather.

I did some research myself and found that there are alot better feeds out there and even though they might cost more to buy it will even out in the long run. I have fed and sold Blackgold and was very loyal to them. I read an article about Canidae and decided to test it. I took my dog in the worst shape and switched her over. I fed her Blackgold one day and then on she was fed Canidae. She healed up from running sores quicker than the dogs I left on Blackgold. Her coat looks like she has been oiled. She is fed half of what the dogs being fed Blackgold are. She still has a ton of energy. She produces alot less stool than the other dogs. Her weight has not changed. When I said above my dog in the worst condition, what I meant was she was tore up the worst from the briars and so forth. I payed $29.00 for a 33 lb bag of Canidae. I am feeding 6 ounces of it per day. I payed $17.50 for a 50 lb bag of Blackgold. I am feeding the other dogs and have been since running season started 12 ounces per day. The Canidae is all natural. No chemicals, additives, flavoring, coloring, grains or fillers. As soon as I run out of Blackgold all my dogs are being switched over. I figured there are 67 servings in a bag of Blackgold and 88 in Canidae.
