Been dying to get to a SPO trial, never been to one, and to, hopefully, find a club to join and participate in.
Somehow I got the idea that there was a trial at the Down East Beagle club yesterday and today????
Had some vague directions so I headed out this morning. Well, the directions turned out to be a bit more than "vague" but a nice fireman from Bailey set me straight.
However, when I got to the club, not a soul was around.
That kinda surprized me, trial or no, it's a beautiful day out, I'm surprized there was nobody there.
Sat around for a bit hoping someone might drive in, but no dice.
Kinda bummed me out I was really looking foward to hearing some dogs run as well as to have a chance to meet and chat with some beaglers.
On the bright side, at least I now know how to find the club!!! Sometimes it seems "Yahoo" directions are exactly that!
