If the litter runs as good as what I seen from Chief and Spirit I think anyone would be happy with a pup from the cross. Something I learned while raising coon dogs is when you get ready to linebreed you need to look at both dogs and their parents real closely for any undesirable traits.
I know this isn't a very popular subject on here but some of the best tree dogs and rabbit dogs I've owned or hunted with came from line breeding. When done right and concentrating the bloodline in an attempt to lock in on desired traits it cuts down on surprises.

Preacher, I owned both Holly and Rose. I sold Rose to Plowboy a few years ago and Holly is still in my kennel. As you can see on their ped, they have the same dam and Rose's sire was sired by Holly's sire. If you have any questions about any of the hounds in their peds let me know, I've seen most of them run. As far as ability goes, I don't think you would go wrong with this cross. I would just watch the conformation, I have gotten some with crooked front legs and extra body length when breeding closely. Holly and Rose both have(had) good conformation, as well as their dam, Faith. Rose's sire, Gunner, had very good conformation also. Holly's and Gunner's sire, Hammer, was pretty sound but didn't have very good front legs. Hammer's ability was such, that I had to breed him crooked legs or not and he turned out to be a really good producer. Terry knows a lot more about the Yates' breeding behind Linus than I do, and I'm sure he would tell you anything you need to know. Good Luck.
