funny u should post this...i have thought about this my self ...in my personal opinion my pick would be either fc harecharmer ringo to either sassy sally or annas ann...reason being sally was a snow hound supreme and had the foot and brains ...annas ann goes with out saying...u know me tho i just like that ringo stuff they are extreme....love that stuff and hope to have it around for a long time...the brains alone in that ringo stuff is worth its weight in gold in my opinion...i am just now starting into the t rex stuff and so far i like what i see i will prolly cross my ringo stuff onto
it later on if things keep going this way...this should be an interesting post...

I'd love to be able to breed my bitch to Dingus MaCrae. Why - because many great dogs go back to him and I have read many good things about him. The Fish Creek line is another line I would be interested in as well as Larmay Huntsmaster and Larmay Toastmaster. Again, for the same reasons.

Sire: Mt. Zion Pete (ONLY ONE CHOICE)
Dams:(No Specific Order Hounds of Old Hounds of New)
Model Swampy Toastie II
Lar May Toastie
Haylycon's Cindy
Reffetts Ky Mtn Chime
Dandy Run North Star
Pine Mt Gracie
Mason's Krissy
List could go on.
All roads lead to PETE as far as I am concerned. Ive listed the dams to Toastmaster, Lakeside Snowflake, Lar May Butch crossess that were actually made. Chime, Star, Gracie and Krissy would just be a wish list as they are strong foundation hounds, with a strong emphasis on Star, Gracie and Krissy.

Great Topic!
I would bred every bitch I had to FTC Branko's Jack Of All Trades.
There would be no Heli-Prop or Turbo By Prop without old Jack.
Then I would take those bitch pups & breed them all to
FC Townline's Johnny Paycheck......WOO HOO!!!!
What a cross.....LMAO.....

FC Forest Patch...
From long time hare trial judge E.C.HARE...
I never hope to see his superior as a white hare hound. My experience with him covers three consecutive years. I have followed him for nineteen full hours of continuous driving of the white hare in the Adirondacks of northern New York. His shortest race was three hours and his longest race five hours. His running has been with all kinds of hounds, all kinds of weather (including snow), all kinds of going, swamp and mountain. No man ever saw him quit. No man ever saw the day he could not put you up a hare race. True, he has made many mistakes, easily accounted for and seldom worthy of note. During those nineteen hours of continuous driving he presented his hare to my view one hundred different times, and every trick known to "hareology" has been played ahead of him. I have seen the hare "wheel" him, "angle" him, back-track, squat, hounds cut in ahead of him - no matter, he has always been consistent in his work and clothed in a garb of hare sense, determination, courage, endurance, speed and ability to accomplish, he has stamped upon me his superiority as a hare hound over and above all that have been put down before me. Such a record could not fail to arouse in any sportsman the admiration for this splendid hound...amen

Wooden Shoe's Fritz X Northridge Misy Blue... Why? Because it provided me with that "once in a lifetime dog"... See the avatar. I'd give pretty much everything in my kennel to have another identical to her again.

Mt Zion Pete x Perkins Run-n-Gun Sable
Sable is my kind of female, great hunt, honest mouth, good nose, brains, conformation and very good foot.
Sable is made up of a good percentage of pete's blood,by going back into him would ensure/lock what i want in my hounds, see description of sable above.
