Tried to get a picture of a dog on here but cant figure out how to do it, got a link posted that worked and someone posted the picture for me after i sent it to them (thanks by the way) just got a new digital camera and trying to figure it all out. thanks jon c.

you need to upload them to a site like
http://www.hunt101.com

what you do is sign up through them to get an account. Then after you do that you just upload the picture to the site. Now comes the tricky part. After it has uploaded view the picture uploaded. Right click on the picture and click properties. this shows the address of the picture..it sill look something like http://www.hunt101/image.3.79745744540.jpg

copy that and place it in a post between two Img listed at the top in a reply box

so it should look like this

when you post that it should show a picture there..I know it is confusing but trying to help.

Go to http://photobucket.com/ and set up an account (free).
Upload a picture.
Open picture.
Right click mouse on picture.
Select Properties.
Copy the url.
Paste the url in your forum post surround with [img]......url.......[/img]
That's it.

If I figured it out anyone can. If you have your pictures on the computer. Go to http://photobucket.com/ and register. Then upload your picture. Then go to the picture. Below it there will be Url, Tag and Img. Go to the Img and right click and copy it. Then paste it in here. It should work. Good luck.

okay i got the link to post and you can click on it to see it but how do you get the picture itself to get on here on the actuall post itself? thanks for all the info. jon c.

jon if you take pics with a digital camera, save them to your documents,,,,,,,go to image shack and add it to your favorites,,,,,when you click on image shack it will have a browse button just hit it and find the pick then upload it then hit right button and copy , take it to amb and edit your post when the cursor flashes left click where the cursor is and right click to post and pic will be there,,,,,,,,,jeff

You may need to edit the size. Edit to fit forums if using photobucket.

Just trying photobucket to see if it works for me. ss
