Any ideas?

Post by Chaffin Crank »

I am looking for ideas on an automatic watering system for my kennel. Anybody have or have ideas on how to do it? I have 5, 4x10 runs on a concrete pad. Any ideas?

Lixit water nipples. Run PVC pipe and stick it in to the kennel and put the lixit on it. Works good during the summer but have to drain lines and use bowls in winter.

Do they get plnety of water that way. I know that is the way we used to do it for the hogs but will it work just as well for dogs? Or will they be liking all day just to quench their thirst? Just wondering....

Thanks

They will get plenty of water like that - we all use them down here in the south.

They cost about 6 to 7 dollars each and will last for several years.
