Had two bitten by a snake yesterday morning. I was runnin in north west Ga in a nice clear cut ,dogs were donin good an we were gettin ready to call it a day when my young dog comes out on the 4wheeler trail where we were standing an at first i thought he had a brair in his foot he was a favoring his front leg. He had just been bitten ,it hadn't started to swell yet so any way get him in the truck an then called the rest of the dogs .All came in but 1 so bumped him with the collar he yelped ,any way had a hard time gettin him in an while he was getting water I noticed his nose, two FANG marks right above his nose. Took them to the vet .He keep one an the young 1 I brought home any way vet called late last evening an dog was looking ok an so is the one at home. Bendryal helps .First time in 18 years I've had one get bit. BUT Thank god looks like both are Gonna make it.
