I am going over to Saginaw on Friday to visit my wifes aunt and uncle. While the girls are shopping, her uncle wants me to take him out with some of my dogs. He use to own beagles years ago. He is getting up there in age and dont get around real well. I would like to take him out hunting before the season is over. Does anyone know of any state land within 30 miles of Saginaw that has a descent rabbit population. I am from the west side of the state and never get over that way. Vince, contact the Shiawassee Game Refuge. They have big area just south of Saginaw. They can give you the details and may even recomend a good starting point.
