What recipes do you use canned rabbit or deer in?

I know mom always used canned venison in Chop Suey and my sister that hates venison never new the difference. :) Another way I like it is to make it hot and serve over toast with or without gravy. It also works well in stew.

Our camp favorite is canned venison fried with onions, Red Green and Yellow peppers

Stump Jumper and Emery thanks for the ideas. Ive got the canning thing down. Just looking for ideas on how to use it after I can it.

Right now with Rabbit I take the canned rabbit add vegtables and a can of chicken broth, cook it a while and then add noodles.

we just pour it into a frying pan and add about 1/2 jar of bbq sause heat and eat on bread or by itself

we've canned everything venison pork chicken what we do with deer is cube it get clean unchiped ball jars then i take a piece of slicked onion and put in the bottom a put a piece of garlic clove in the middle fill the jar with the meat and put it in a pressure cooker we do alot of venison it's cheap and fast to make it makes it's own gravywhen you pressure cook it warm it up in a frying pan make some spuds and you have dinner

canned rabbit or venison makes execeleny hash
you can cream the rabbit and put over home made biscuits
make veg. soup and stew with it

LOL, I thought ya'all was talking about the WYSONG canned venison or rabbit for dogs. My dogs love it but just use a little...it is very rich!
