Kenel caugh/ need help

Does anbody have a remidee for kennel caugh? Thank you in advance.

I was told by a vet that you cant do much for it exceept give them some cough med you can get it from your vet. it is supposed to run its course in about 2-3 weeks Ive also herd that you can give them diabetic dimatab but never tried it. you might try bleaching you kennel down good to kill out the germs.
