Chassidy Foster West Virginia?????????????????????

Has anyone heard of chassidy Foster??? I snoop around all of the internets beagle related sites and I keep seeing beagle's for sale out of west virginia and the name chassidy Foster attached to them..... I am close to west virginia and always looking for a good dog and have never heard of this salesperson before.....Most of the ads say coppernose beagles and good hunters guaranteed so I would really like to know if you all have heard of him/her.
