Follow up on dog being shot

I wrote of my friends dog being shot in the leg while in a chase. The rabbit circled through a woods. While in the woods we heards shots. It appears some nut decided he didnt care for dogs on his property. He will face criminal mischief charges in Salem Ind on Mar 23. He said he then plans on a civil suit against the guy. Be carefull folks some nuts out there.

A buddy of mine just settled out of court and recieved $2500. A guy shot a killed his beagle and then called him and told him about it. Anyway it was right down the road from you in Seymour. Tom
