Jeff,

A few hounds that are local to me here in Ky that are throwing big, sometimes over size hounds are FC New York Nick and FC Brents Prime Time. You can see both on the Mid-west gundog Asso. web-site on the Stud dog page.

The Duce dog I sold throws 16 inch dogs pretty regularly.

I have saw a lot of Sock it to Me stuff go oversized. Judging by your avatar Bopeye, i would say To Me threw some oversized hounds, he looks a little big to me...I think Elk Creek Gentle George was out of To Me and he was oversized and a few pups I saw out of him were big also.

J.C. is correct on the Sock it to me stuff. I saw one out of Pleaser that was at least 16" and just 7 months old. Biggest beagle pup I've ever seen.

James,
Pine Mt Chester does not consistently throw oversized pups. He does throw big dogs, but rarely does one get over 15".

i like the chester stuff myself. seems to throw the alot of what you are asking for in his pups. as for 16 inch hounds i dont know that he will give you one that is 16. but you should get some full 15's. i ve only seen one pup by him that was sixteen.

If your going for big built,FC.Bowmans Easy Rider is the way to go.I cant say they will be over 15 but I can say that they will be some of the heaviest built beagles that you will ever want.Rider hunts like a bird dog,I mean he hunts on the go and when he was younger was about the fastest thing I ever seen.He is out of Lumberjack and Big Maxie.
