Judging seminars?

I was just curious if anybody had any information on judging seminars. I would maybe like to judge some trials,but just dont know how to go about getting certified. If anybody has any info I would appreciate it.

They are having one in Kentucky in May cost is $25.00

Thanks guys I dont know if that will help me out. That time of year I'm real busy with work. I normally get laid off in winter. Something in Wisconsin,Illinois or Iowa would maybe be better also.
