Looking for some info about Shaw bred beagles. I added a new little male to my kennel last month. Great 2 year old dog that can move (like 8-9 on speed) with great line control. He is a hot nose, tight mouth dog that handles great and is smart. He came out of Oklahoma, southeast of Miami or south of Quapaw. Not sure where he originally came from.
Bred by a man named James McCauley. Sire is listed as Shaw's Bullet. Dam is Bird Creek Lemondrop. I absolutely love the dog and would like to find similar dogs if possible. I can't seem to find much information on the Shaw bred beagles and would like to learn more. Anyone give me some help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
