CORNING HAS A REALLY NICE BEAGLE CLUB AND RUNNING GROUNDS THATS NOT TO FAR UP THE ROAD. I MYSELF AM ABOUT 30 MIN. FROM ELMIRA, BUT MOSTLY RUN IN PA.

They have a facebook page with a phone number and link to a website. That seems like a good starting point for your search.

I don't belong to there club. I have been there for there annual rabbit hunt and was very impressed by the place.
