has facebook all but killed this site??

Sometimes i think so,it used to be a lot of interesting reading, topics and information on a daily basis, but i still love this website,

There seem to be about 25 beagle groups on Facebook. It has people spread thin. People that agree with each other and breed the same bloodlines congregate in Facebook to confirm amongst themselves what they already believe.

I prefer boards like this where people strongly disagree with me....it provokes thought. Not everyone can handle that and get their feelings hurt real easy

This site is better than Facebook. IMO

Facebook isnt much Imo. I think this site is to much about trialing then hunting and doesnt interest as many people.
Not very many hunting pics or stories last season.

I check this site 4 or 5 times a day not much being talked about on here. I have found myself on facebook more often to see the beagle chatter.

Most of the Old Farts like myself, we can't post photo's and video's, now back about 10 years ago, when my Grandson's were gun hunting with me they kept the cameras and cam recorders all the time but back then they use the GON Web Sight, they both grown and have children of their own, don't have time to gun hunt with their old Grandpa but a few time each year..

I love this web sight many good Gun Hunters on this one, they will show up when the cold weather come .

I don't do Facebook .

Ive had several people try to get on this site over time with no sucess. Even had them ask me to post their trials here because they have tried numerous times to get on and can't. One was able to get on for awhile and now again is locked out. Apparently it isn't easy to access so I would presume were not exactly gaining new members at a very fast rate...if any at all.

nobody comments on this site very much but facebook is all day long

The one that do comment On this one is true Hounds men from way back, I love to read what they have to say. Now the young Generation sometime think thy know far more that their years.

You can find me here if you ever want to talk hounds, but not on the other web sights.
