I have a garmin alpha with the tt10 collars. I recently bought a t5 mini. After adding the collar, it will link up for about 10 minutes, then it loses connection and a message keeps appearing saying lost connection. I've turned both devices on and off multiple times. I've even deleted and re added it with same results. Any ideas or anyone had similar problems. Was checking here before calling garmin. Thanks

Try updating your alpha with Garmin

Yes you must update your alpha!

If you have the Alpha with the TT-10 collars you must update the Alpha and it should hook up and stay hooked up with the T-5 mini after that if you still have trouble call Garmin product support at 800-800-1020 and they will walk you thru what you have to do. Hope this works have a Merry Christmas
