Hi Bev I was wondering if you could E-mail me a couple of Bench champion forms for pp. It would be A big help to me.

Lee, I don't have them. You need to go to ARHA's website at http://www.arha.com and click on Forms from the left menu. You should be able to print them out.

Thanks Bev the last time i tride to print them they were not the right forms. I will go over there on the other bord and see if they have changed them yet .
